Every flavour, one shop
Are flavoured nicotine pouches safe?
Nicotine pouches are tobacco-free — the pouch contains nicotine, plant fibre and food-grade flavouring rather than tobacco leaf. They are intended for adults who already use nicotine, aged 18 and over.
Nicotine is addictive, and no nicotine product is risk-free. If you do not already use nicotine, there is no reason to start. Always check the strength per pouch on the listing and choose a level that suits you.
Can you mix nicotine pouch flavours?
Yes. Pouches are used one at a time, so “mixing” simply means alternating between different flavours — a mint pouch after a citrus one, or switching brands between pouches. There is nothing in the format that stops you mixing flavours, strengths or brands across the day.
Many people keep two flavours on the go: a fresh mint for daytime and a fruit or coffee flavour later. If you mix strengths, keep track of which pouch is which.
How do you keep pouches fresh?
Keep the can sealed when you are not using it. Pouches dry out once exposed to air, and a dried-out pouch loses both flavour and moisture.
Store cans somewhere cool and dry — a pocket or cupboard is fine; a hot car or a sunny windowsill is not. No refrigeration is needed. Each can carries a best-before date, and pouches are at their best well before it.
How long does the taste last?
Most pouches keep their flavour for roughly 20 to 60 minutes under the lip. The exact time depends on the brand, the moisture of the pouch and the strength.
The flavour usually peaks in the first 10 to 15 minutes, then fades gradually. Once the taste has gone, the pouch is spent — remove it and dispose of it in the bin (most cans have a compartment in the lid for used pouches).
